Available to both first and next time buyers, Deposit Unlock means you could buy a brand new Bovis Home with a 5% deposit, subject to criteria.

Deposit Unlock is only available on selected homes and developments.

Here’s how it works

Simply select your dream Bovis Home priced up to £750,000 at one of our participating developments

Speak with your Sales Consultant about the Deposit Unlock Scheme

Agree together if the scheme is right for you and if you qualify, Bovis Homes will issue a written confirmation

Provide this written confirmation to the specified lenders who will advise if you meet their criteria
