Timescales for part exchange houses usually coincide with the completion of your new home. However, we can sometimes complete a purchase sooner if required.

Does it matter how much my home is worth?

To Part Exchange your home, your current property must be valued at no more than 75% of the new home you wish to purchase.

Once you reserve a new home, your reservation fee may be at risk if you do not proceed with the purchase of a new home from us for any reason. The dates for exchange and completion of your purchase of the new build home from us must be the same as those on selling your existing home to us. Subject to individual lender terms and conditions.
