However, if for example two different individuals referred by you each purchase qualifying homes from us then you will be paid the £500 twice, once for each qualifying new home purchased from us. If the same individual referred by you purchases two or more qualifying new homes from us then only one payment of £500 applies, which would be on the first qualifying home they purchase. The individual referred to us by you must not already be on our database to qualify for this offer.
