Our new homes for sale are situated in a great neighbourhood. Located in the northern area of Northamptonshire, Corby is a growing town with plenty to offer. The new homes are just an eight-minute drive to the town centre, which has a good range of shops. You can also get the number 2 bus which takes as little as 20 minutes.

Once in town, you can enjoy independent businesses, including plenty of eateries and bars, which offer a selection of different cuisines. These include the Mediterranean restaurant Olive, Portuguese restaurant A Tasca, and Italian restaurant La Fonte. Closer to our new homes for sale, the Good Bean Priors Hall Park cafe is a two-minute walk away.

For the bargain hunters among you, there are a number of shopping spots. Willow Place and Phoenix Parkway retail park are two examples with household names and independents. Both have good parking facilities. Sainsbury's Local is also a four-minute walk away from our new build houses.

While it's a bustling town with plenty to do and see, you can also escape to one of many local green spaces to unwind. Popular spots include East Carlton Park, King’s Wood Nature Reserve, and Corby Central Park and Boating Lake. And if you're looking for a spot of history, Kirby Hall and Deene Park is a seven-minute drive away.
