There are a variety of purchase assistance schemes available to all types of buyer which are unique to new-build homes. The Government’s Help to Buy - Equity Loan scheme is available to first-time buyers. With the scheme, only a 5% deposit is needed and buyers receive an equity loan for up to 20% of the property’s value, leaving just a 75% mortgage required. Homes between £186,100 and £437,600 are eligible under the scheme, depending on which region you live in. For current home owners, we can take away the stress and worry thanks to our Smooth Move and Home Exchange schemes. For Key Workers and members of the Armed Forces we have special purchase packages available.
