Bovis Homes will officially launch The Cornish Quarter in Wadebridge when it unveils a beautiful show home and sales centre on Saturday 28th October.
The new four bedroom Aspen show home will provide buyers with an opportunity to look around a finished property and glean design ideas for their new home. A team of experts will be available to offer assistance and refreshments will be provided by Maggie’s Mobile Barista.
Pete Castley, area sales director, commented: “We’d encourage anyone interested in moving to The Cornish Quarter to come along to the launch event where you’ll be able to look at the plans, view the show home and you could even reserve your new home!
“We’ve had a lot of interest already and we’re offering special discounts on selected homes for reservations taken on the day – so we’re expecting the event to be popular.”
Located off Higher Trenant Road, the development will comprise two, three, four and five bedroom energy efficient homes, as well as a play park and attractive areas of green open space.
