Time is running out for homebuyers keen to secure a new property at Priory Fields in Wells, as the final three homes are for sale.
Named after the old railway station on the Strawberry Line, the development of 203 energy efficient homes includes two thatched properties and is due to be completed in 2024.
The final homes include the one bedroom Rose housetype and the three bedroom Poplar. Priced at £339,995, the three storey Poplar townhouse features a spacious open plan kitchen and family room with double doors leading out the garden, plus a downstairs toilet. Upstairs there is a sitting room, family bathroom, two bedrooms and a master bedroom with en-suite shower room.
Area sales and marketing director, Natasha Palmer, commented: “There are only three homes left for sale at Priory Fields and the flexible accommodation provides practical storage and enables homebuyers to choose how to utilise the space.
