Saving a deposit for your first home can be difficult, so it's not unusual to see parents, family members or friends gifting house or apartment deposit contributions. Our Deposit Assist scheme means if a gift deposit for the home is provided, we’ll say thank you to whoever contributed it and also support you with money towards your moving costs.
When a friend or family member contributes a minimum of 5% towards your deposit to buy one of our new Bovis Homes, we’ll reward them with a £2,000 gift upon completion. We’ll also give you £5,000 to put towards your moving costs*.
