Visitors to Stortford Fields by Bovis Homes can now visualise how their future home will look thanks to an investment in interactive technology.
The Futurium system, which has just gone live at the development, enables house-hunters to explore how a home will look inside and outside, even while it is still in the early stages of construction.
The interactive 3D modelling software also enables buyers to customise their home and to design their interior.
Jason Colmer, sales and marketing director at Vistry Eastern, which is building under the Bovis Homes brand, said: “The Futurium technology is transforming the customer journey and taking the homebuying process into a new era.
“Our customers will be able to envisage what it will be like living in their new home, which will add to the excitement of the process and help them to plan ahead for their move.
“Our sales teams are fully trained in the Futurium software and they are already demonstrating the 3D tours to customers when they visit.
“Buyers will also be able to login from home, via the Bovis Homes website, to revisit their tour and try out new design ideas.”
