A brand-new show home has been unveiled at a new housing location in Telford.
Vistry Group has opened the doors to a four-bedroom Juniper at The Quarters @ Redhill, on a site off the A5.
The housebuilder is delivering 144 new homes for sale under its Bovis Homes brand
at the development, where a selection of properties are currently available.
Vistry, which includes Bovis Homes, Linden Homes and Vistry Partnerships, is building a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes at the site.
Freya Halsall, marketing manager at Vistry Mercia, said: “The Quarters @ Redhill has already proven to be very popular, with lots of interest and calls to our sales team even before we launched the site in April. Demand was such that 11 properties were sold to buyers who registered their interest ahead of the launch.
“By opening this show home we are giving potential purchasers the opportunity to come along to the site and walk around this fabulous four-bedroom home. The Juniper has been expertly dressed by our team of interior designers and can give visitors a real sense of the high quality of construction, superb finish and spacious layout of the homes we are building at The Quarters @ Redhill.”
The Juniper, which features a single garage and two parking spaces, has a kitchen/dining/living area, a separate lounge, a study and cloakroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a main bedroom with an en suite, three further bedrooms and a family bathroom.
Freya said: “This property has been designed with the modern family in mind. The spacious open-plan kitchen/dining/living area provides a real focal point where guests can be entertained or the family can get together. This space spans the full width of the property and is flooded with natural light through bi-fold doors which open out onto the large back garden.

The Quarters @ Redhill is a dual development being built by Vistry under its Bovis Homes and Linden Homes brands on a 76-acre site.
There will be 148 Linden Homes properties for sale, which will feature a range of two, three and four-bedroom houses. A Linden Homes show home is due to open at the site later this month (July).
A further 158 homes at the development will be allocated as affordable housing for local people through low-cost rent or shared ownership.
There is currently a selection of three, four and five-bedroom properties available to reserve at the Bovis Homes site, with prices starting at £334,995, £414,995 and £519,995 respectively.
