Vistry Group has opened the doors to a four-bedroom Juniper at The Quarters @ Redhill, on a site off the A5.
The housebuilder is delivering 144 new homes for sale under its Bovis Homes brand
at the development, where a selection of properties are currently available.
Vistry, which includes Bovis Homes, Linden Homes and Vistry Partnerships, is building a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes at the site.
Freya Halsall, marketing manager at Vistry Mercia, said: “The Quarters @ Redhill has already proven to be very popular, with lots of interest and calls to our sales team even before we launched the site in April. Demand was such that 11 properties were sold to buyers who registered their interest ahead of the launch.
“By opening this show home we are giving potential purchasers the opportunity to come along to the site and walk around this fabulous four-bedroom home. The Juniper, which features a single garage and two parking spaces, has a kitchen/dining/living area, a separate lounge, a study and cloakroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a main bedroom with an en suite, three further bedrooms and a family bathroom.

There will be 148 Linden Homes properties for sale, which will feature a range of two, three and four-bedroom houses. A Linden Homes show home is due to open at the site later this month (July).
A further 158 homes at the development will be allocated as affordable housing for local people through low-cost rent or shared ownership.
There is currently a selection of three, four and five-bedroom properties available to reserve at the Bovis Homes site, with prices starting at £334,995, £414,995 and £519,995 respectively.
