The first Bovis Homes properties have been released for sale at the Cotterstock Meadows location in Oundle.
The development’s sales team helped to launch the new homes on Saturday 27 August, from its nearby Judith Gardens location in Sawtry.
The housebuilder is building a range of 126 new homes on land to the east of Cotterstock Road, including 74 homes for private sale and 52 affordable homes available for local people through rent or shared ownership.
The private homes, which are being built under the Bovis Homes brand of Vistry Group, will include two, three, four and five-bedroom properties.
Potential purchasers were invited to make an appointment to visit the Judith Gardens development, off Gidding Road in Sawtry, during the launch weekend.
