This package of incentives includes the newly-enhanced Key Worker scheme, deposit contributions, financial boosts, Home Exchange, stamp duty paid, and reductions of up to £20,000 on selected homes. Central to the offering is a Key Worker scheme, which is being promoted on these developments for the first time. The scheme, which was recently enhanced by Bovis, offers a price discount of up to £25,000. But savings are not exclusive to just Key Workers; homes also include a range of other incentives open to all buyers, across the two sites. Buyers can use the offers flexibly across the developments, depending on the house type they are most interested in.
