The last few Bovis Homes properties are available to reserve at The Steadings in Essington, where construction has reached the final stages.
Bovis Homes is building 138 houses and bungalows for private sale at the location, off Hobnock Road, alongside 92 affordable homes available for local people through low-cost rent or shared ownership, with three-quarters of these properties now completed.
Alongside the new properties in Essington, Bovis Homes is contributing £1.1 million to the community as part of the planning agreement, including funding for primary, secondary and sixth-form education.
The development will include public open space and footpaths, while £10,000 is going towards improvements to the play area off Hobnock Road, directly next to the site.

There are 15 homes remaining for sale at The Steadings, including the two-bedroom Holly and the four-bedroom Chestnut and Maple designs.

Two-bedroom homes at The Steadings are currently priced from £129,998, and four-bedroom homes are priced from £399,995.
