A showhome and sales office at a new housing development in Thurston are to open next month (September). Housebuilder Bovis Homes has announced the much-awaited on-site launch of Grange Park following the release of the first properties for sale onto the market. Bovis Homes, which is part of the Vistry Group, is building 129 homes on the site, off Barton Road. The development will feature two, three, four and five-bedroom homes with 40 properties being allocated as affordable housing for rent or shared ownership.
