Tony Kidd, site manager at Bovis Homes’ Burfield Grange, said homes were proving as popular as ever and there are three new house types available from the new range.

House hunters have been snapping up properties at Burfield Grange, off Park Road, and now have the choice of the three-bedroom Cypress and Spruce house types, and four-bedroom Aspen.

Tony, who has worked in the UK housing industry for six years and is originally from Dublin, said: “We’re very proud of our new-build homes at Burfield Grange and the new collection homes are looking fantastic.

“The Cypress, Spruce and Aspen all have their positive characteristics and are terrific homes for couples and families wanting to enjoy open plan living and quality build and finish.

“Bovis Homes is a delight to work for and we have a great relationship between the sales and build teams, which the customer benefits from as we are all primarily focused on them.”

Bovis Homes’ new housing collection includes two to five-bedroom homes that have been designed and developed by the company. They are named after British trees and focus on well-proportioned exteriors with a real sense of light and flow on the inside.

The Cypress and Spruce enjoy open plan kitchen and dining areas with French doors onto the back garden. The Aspen boasts a separate sitting room, plus a study or home office option and a double garage.

Those who reserve before 31st October could have a five per cent deposit matched by Bovis Homes. The deal cannot be used with any other incentive or initiative except for the Help to Buy – Equity Loan scheme.

Using the Help to Buy – Equity Loan scheme, home buyers need just a five per cent cash deposit, with the Government providing an equity loan of up to 20 per cent of the value of the property being bought. Purchasers then need to secure up to a 75 per cent mortgage.
