New West Sussex community celebrates next stage

A local house builder is inviting guests to visit its Hurstpierpoint location for a special event to celebrate the next chapter for the new community.

Bovis Homes launched its popular Bramble Park location last year and is excited to be opening the doors to its new sales centre on Saturday 9th June.

“We're looking forward to celebrating with home hunters and local people at the weekend, giving them the first look around our new bespoke sales centre,” says regional marketing manager, Candice McCabe. “Guests can enjoy a glass of bubbly while taking a tour around our beautiful show homes and our sales team will be on hand to provide information about the new neighbourhood.”

Offering a range of three, four and five-bedroom properties, Bramble Park offers home hunters a chance to move to an attractive new West Sussex community. The homes are built in a range of layouts, with contemporary features such as open-plan living areas, en suites and bi-folding doors.

“Bramble Park is a wonderful family-friendly development,” continues Candice. “It's surrounded by woodland and open countryside, but within walking distance of the village, which offers a range of amenities.”

The five-bedroom Arundel show home includes an open-plan kitchen and family area with French doors leading out into the garden. The separate sitting room includes a large feature bay window, creating a bright and airy space. On the ground floor, there is also a dining room, study and utility. Upstairs, two of the bedrooms have an en suite and the master bedroom has a built-in wardrobe. There is also a family bathroom.

“Visitors have fallen in love with our Arundel show home,” says Candice. “The property has a spectacular Beauty and the Beast-themed children's bedroom, which kids and their parents adore! The rest of the home also has beautiful décor throughout, using classic colours with a modern twist giving visitors a lot of interior inspiration!”

The four-bedroom show home, The Canterbury, also has a popular layout with buyers, with a large open-plan kitchen and dining area. French doors lead through into the sitting room, which has a bay window and there is a separate study. On the first floor, the master bedroom includes an en suite and built-in wardrobe.

“If you are looking to relocate, it's worth visiting us this weekend to find out more about how we can help you to make your dream move,” says Candice. “We have a range of purchase assistance schemes available, including the Help to Buy– equity loan scheme and Smooth Move, which could make moving home much easier than you first thought.”

To find out more, visit or visit the sales centre, open Thursday to Monday 10am to 5pm.
