Key worker scheme could unlock the door

01 November 2017

If you're a nurse, teacher or police officer looking for your dream home in the south west of England, then our regional team there could have just the scheme for you.

Their new Key Worker Scheme is designed to unlock the property market for public sector key workers, with a powerful package of benefits and discounts that make buying a brand new Bovis Home that much more affordable.

The scheme includes social workers, prison service staff and many more, so if you are unsure, check at work whether you are designated as a key worker and get ready to make your move.

"This new scheme will save thousands of pounds for key workers in the South West who buy a brand new Bovis Home," said regional marketing manager Stacy Banfield. "We are offering a fantastic range of benefits, including a bespoke carpet and curtain package and a contribution of £1,000 towards removal fees.

"And the real wow factor in this scheme is the £500 discount for every £25,000 of the price of the new home - so for, say, a £250,000 home you get a discount of £5,000!"

The scheme is available on a range of superb locations throughout Devon, Cornwall, Dorset and Somerset.
