Jesse's local knowledge is helping Sherford home buyers find their dream property

Featuring 500 acres of green open space, Sherford will become a thriving market town with a variety of high-quality community facilities, including three new schools, a sports centre and a theatre.
Jesse, a sales advisor for Bovis Homes at Sherford, is delighted to be providing customers with the benefit of her strong local knowledge of the region.
“Because I'm a local girl, I've always maintained a really keen interest in the plans for Sherford,” she explained.
“My grandparents, my parents and the rest of my family and friends are all interested in the exciting things that are happening here – I think everyone is!
“For me, it's wonderful to be playing some part in creating a really significant development and another fantastic place to live in the South West.
“This is a wonderful location, with superb coastlines and landscapes, and it's a pleasure to come into the office every day to help customers find their dream home here.”
Jesse is also benefiting from the sales and knowledge training being provided by Bovis Homes as part of its continuing focus on delivering a first-class customer service.
Managed by the Learning and Development team at the Bovis Homes Training Centre in Reading, the training ensures that sales teams can offer customers expert support and advice at every step on the home-buying journey.
Jesse, who lives in Saltash and has also been part of the sales teams at the Bovis Homes locations in Bude and Cranbrook, said the training was enabling her to hone the customer-focused skills that she first gained during her former career as a hairdresser.
“Providing a good service to customers was obviously a significant part of my job as a hairdresser – you feel like a counsellor at times too!” said Jesse.
“I love meeting new people and getting to know them, so in some ways my role with Bovis Homes is quite similar.
“But, of course, there are plenty of differences too, so I'm finding the training extremely rewarding in helping me provide customers with as much help and information that I can and the service they deserve.”
