Chinnor EpsomOxfordshire home hunters have the opportunity to see more of Bovis Homes’ Chiltern View location in Chinnor, as the housebuilder opens a new view home there this weekend.

Opening the doors to the three-bedroom Epsom on Saturday 15th June, the housebuilder will be offering a special purchasing package during the launch weekend, saving buyers thousands.

“If you’re looking for a new home, it’s worth visiting us to take a look around Chiltern View and finding out more about these properties,” says Hollie Lockhart, regional marketing manager. “For those who reserve an Epsom over the opening weekend, we’ll pay the stamp duty and include flooring throughout.”

The three-bedroom Epsom has a spacious sitting room that flows into the dining area and includes French doors out into the garden. There is a stylish fitted kitchen which also has an external rear door. The master bedroom is bright and airy and includes an en suite and built-in wardrobe.

The Epsom is available with the Government’s Help to Buy – Equity Loan scheme, which can be used by first-time buyers and existing home owners alike. Using the scheme, purchasers need just a five per cent deposit and receive an equity loan of up to 20 per cent of the value of the property from the Government, interest-free for the first five years.

Chiltern View is situated on the edge of Chinnor and offers a range of two, three, four and five bedroom homes. It has been carefully designed, with plenty of green open space and a play area.

“We’re really proud of Chiltern View – it’s in a wonderful location and is perfect for those looking for a countryside setting, but still wanting great links to Oxford, High Wycombe or London.”
