A local house builder is hosting a special event this weekend at a new Cambridgeshire community and it’s set to be a spooktacular occasion!
There will be more treats than tricks for visitors to Bovis Homes’ Northstowe location on Saturday 27th October as the house builder unveils its new show home and sales centre.
“We’ve got lots of activities lined up for all the family on Saturday,” says regional marketing manager, Heather Suffield. “We’re so excited to be welcoming new residents and interested buyers to take part in all the fun and they’ll also be among the first to see our new sales centre and show apartment!”
With a Halloween theme, the event will include a trick or treat trail, face painting, a family dressing-up competition and a chance to meet Penny the Purple Witch. There will be a range of Halloween-themed tasty refreshments.
“From this weekend, guests will be able to look around our stunning two-bedroom apartment in Stantone House,” says Heather. “It joins our other show home at Northstowe, a lovely three-bedroom Winchcombe house type.”
The apartment boasts a stylish open-plan kitchen and living area, which includes fitted integrated appliances. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and built-in wardrobe.
The new town of Northstowe, on the outskirts of Cambridge, will eventually bring a range of local services to the area, including shops, a school and leisure facilities. Located close to the guided busway, the location offers easy travel access into Cambridge, and there is also a network of cycling and walking routes.
“We've already welcomed many new happy residents to this flourishing new town and there’s this fantastic community spirit growing here,” says Heather. “We’re looking forward to finding the next residents to move to this wonderful new location.”
Bovis Homes’ Spooktacular opening event is taking place on Saturday 27th October, from 1pm until 4pm.
