A much-anticipated new part of the Wootton community is being revealed to the public this weekend, and home hunters are being invited to find out more about the location at a special launch day.
Bovis Homes will be celebrating the release of its new homes at Wootton Park on Saturday 20th January at its nearby Little Wootton sales centre, from where the properties will initially be sold.
"This will be the first opportunity for buyers to reserve a home there," says regional marketing manager, Deborah Rigger. "Our neighbouring location Little Wootton, where we've now sold out, was hugely popular and we've already received a lot of interest for this exciting new Bedfordshire development."
Wootton Park offers a variety of three, four and five bedroom homes in a wide range of layouts, suiting contemporary living or a more traditional lifestyle.
Visitors to the opening event at the weekend will be able to enjoy drinks from a complimentary mocktail bar, where there will be a mixologist creating a range of beverages for guests.
"As well as enjoying their mocktails, guests this weekend will be among the first to see our new brochure for the location," says Deborah. "Our sales team will also be on hand to tell you about the houses available at Wootton Park and explain more about our purchase assistance schemes."
The Government's Help to Buy equity loan scheme, for example, is exclusively for new-build properties and available for first-time buyers as well as existing home owners. Buyers will only require a 5% deposit, with the Government providing an equity loan of up to 20% of the value of the house. By securing a 75% mortgage, buyers may be able to find more competitive lending rates and make repayments more affordable.
