Customer service at the core of Bovis Homes' new training package

Nicola Sanders Bespoke staff training and support from Bovis Homes is giving Nicola Sanders the skills and knowledge she needs to deliver a top-class service for house-buying customers.
As customer liaison manager for the Northern Homes Counties region, Nicola is part of the specialist team taking home buyers through the various stages of the customer journey.
She was delighted with the ideas and insight that she gained from the new training courses managed by the Bovis Homes Learning and Development team at their Training Centre in Reading.
The courses ensure Bovis Homes teams have a thorough knowledge of the customer journey and an understanding of all the necessary processes, policies and procedures, to allow them to provide professional and comprehensive support for customers.
"We're always aiming to provide a high-quality service and we do everything we can to ensure that customers have a positive experience when they buy one of our properties," explained Nicola.
"The extra skills and knowledge provided by the courses, which were well structured and informative, are going to prove extremely effective in making sure we enhance our already high standard of customer care."
The training courses are part of Bovis Homes' ongoing commitment to providing a superior customer service through a robust and integrated approach.
"For instance, liaising with the sales team is a significant part of my role," said Nicola.
"So the course offered me extra insight into the tasks they perform, which is extremely useful in ensuring we have a joined up approach and deliver for our customers."
