Bovis Homes are now open for business in Great Kneighton as work moves on apace at their stunning new Paragon development.
With an exciting new range of house types being built - from one-bed apartments to five-bed family homes - there is something for everyone at Paragon and interest is expected to be high in the quality new properties that are now taking shape in this sought-after location near Trumpington.
Among the first homes to be released for sale are three, four and five bedroom houses built around Paragon's central square, with features such as roof gardens, balconies and fully-fitted kitchens with integrated appliances.
"Paragon is one of Bovis Homes' flagship developments and we have recognised its unique location by creating a bespoke range of properties which do not appear anywhere else in the country," said South East Regional Sales and Marketing Director Mark Vanson.
"These are sustainable, energy-efficient homes that have all the hallmarks of traditional quality and contemporary style that you would expect with a Bovis Homes - but with a twist.
"Features such as roof terraces, Juliet balconies and photovoltaic panels make these stylish, green homes that should help the owner save energy - and money on household bills.
"Bovis Homes have been rated as a five-star builder* by our customers across England and Wales and we're proud to be investing in the area and creating a new part of the Great Kneighton community which will develop into something really special."
Prices at Paragon start from around £225,950 for a one-bed apartment with releases of three, four and five homes ranging from £409,950 to £649,950 for a five-bed family home overlooking the square.
"We'd be delighted to talk to homebuyers and discuss how they can beat the rush and buy now off-plan," said Mark. "That way they can watch the progress of their own property being built and be reassured about the care and dedication that is being put into their new home. Then when they move in they will have a bright new place, untouched by previous owners where they can really make their mark and personalise their own home.
"We could also discuss some of the exciting purchase assistance schemes we have available now, such as the Government-backed shared equity scheme Help to Buy and our part exchange package, which have been making housebuying dreams come true for hundreds of people already this year."
