The Cotswold Way National Trail passes through the AONB, offering hundreds of miles of scenic walking routes across rolling hills and ancient woodland.

Closer to home, Crickley Hill Country Park is ideal for family days out, with sweeping views, grassland nature reserves and well-marked walking trails. Dowdeswell Reservoir is another peaceful escape that's just a short drive away, with wildlife-rich surroundings perfect for walking, birdwatching and simply enjoying the outdoors.

Our new builds at Battledown Mews are the perfect base to enjoy the very best of Cheltenham and the surrounding Cotswolds. Just minutes away, there is a welcoming selection of independent shops, pubs and eateries – perfect for a relaxed afternoon or evening close to home.

Cheltenham is renowned for its cultural calendar. The Cheltenham Festivals, including the internationally celebrated literature, science and jazz festivals, attract visitors from around the world. For live entertainment, Cheltenham Town Hall and the Everyman Theatre provide a rich programme of performances throughout the year.

Sports lovers will be spoilt for choice. Cheltenham Racecourse in Prestbury, home of the famous Gold Cup, is one of the UK's most iconic sporting venues.
