Bovis Homes is holding an interior design evening at its exclusive Woodlands development in Barrow Gurney on Tuesday 18th October from 5pm – 8pm.
Bristol-based Andrew Henry Interiors, which created the stunning show home at Woodlands, will be discussing interior design trends and offering hints and tips on how to achieve a show home look.
Sales and marketing director, Sue Scholfield commented: “The event will be fun and relaxed, providing homebuyers with plenty of inspiration on how to decorate and furnish their house. Visitors will be able to hear about the latest trends, learn insider tips, speak to experts and look around our beautiful show home.
“Plus, everyone that attends will be entered into a free prize draw to win £10,000 on made-to-measure window dressings and soft furnishings from Thread and Dandy to spend on their new home at Woodlands.”
The development will comprise 66 high quality homes in a picturesque setting – surrounded by mature trees – as well as a play park, public open space and improved woodland. There will be an impressive collection of three, four and five bedroom detached properties, showcasing bi-fold doors leading out to the garden, double garages and cutting-edge technology.
Woodlands is also supporting the local community by contributing £1.54 million towards: education, library services, affordable housing, transport, plus sport and leisure facilities including contributions towards Barrow Gurney village hall, Long Ashton community centre, Long Ashton playing pitches and changing rooms.
The development has just been shortlisted in the residential category of the Bristol Property Awards and is being created in joint venture partnership with Wates Developments Group.
