Bovis Homes has opened the doors to two new show homes at its Pippins Place location in West Malling.
The housebuilder unveiled a four-bedroom Aspen house type and a five-bedroom Birch at the development on Saturday 9 March.
Bovis Homes is building 250 new properties at Pippins Place, on land to the west of Winterfield Lane. The site will consist of 150 homes for private sale and 100 affordable homes available for local people through low-cost rent or shared ownership.
Mary McHutchison, Regional Sales and Marketing Director at Bovis Homes, said: “There has been a lot of excitement about the new homes we are building at Pippins Place and this interest was demonstrated by the brilliant response we had to the launch of the new show homes on Saturday.
“The day was a great success and people came along to the development to chat to our sales advisors, look at the plans for the site and, of course, to have a peek inside the two new show homes. These fabulous properties were the stars of the show and the feedback we received from visitors on the day was overwhelmingly positive.
“Both the Aspen and the Birch have been designed to provide the flexible spaces that modern family living demands. The homes feature a large open-plan kitchen/dining/family room at the back of the house with French doors leading out onto the back garden, bi-fold doors, a spacious separate living room and a cloakroom
“The Aspen has a separate study, the main bedroom includes an en suite and three other bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. The Birch includes two bedrooms with an en suite, a utility room, three further bedrooms and a family bathroom.
“These show homes represent the thoughtful designs and practical layouts that come as standard with Bovis Homes properties. Sales have so far been strong and we are hoping to welcome the first residents into their new homes at Pippins Place in the summer when we will start to see a brand new community take shape.”
Pippins Place is being built on 44 acres of land to the south of the A20 London Road, with more than half the site providing green open space, including a country park, a children’s play area and an orchard.
Bovis Homes is part of Vistry Group, which also includes Linden Homes and Countryside Homes. Pippins Place is a joint venture between Vistry Kent and Wates Developments.
There is currently a choice of three, four and five-bedroom properties available to reserve at Pippins Place, with prices starting from £459,995.
