Bovis Homes is unveiling a beautiful show home this weekend at its Seymour Place development in Undy, near Caldicot.
Launching on Saturday 30th September and Sunday 1st October, the new show home and marketing suite will provide buyers with an opportunity to look around a finished property and glean design ideas for their new home. There will be independent financial advisors available to offer assistance, as well as refreshments and some fun activities to entertain children.

“We’d encourage anyone interested in moving to Undy to come along to the launch event where you’ll be able to look at the plans, view the show home and you could even reserve your new home!

Located within easy commuting distance of Newport, Chepstow, Caldicot, Cardiff and Bristol, Seymour Place is within close proximity to a host of amenities, including good schools, shops, pubs, a post office and a medical practice.
The development features two, three and four bedroom energy efficient homes, plus areas of open space and a trim trail.
