South West Residential Property Awards 2026

Vistry Cornwall was proud to attend the prestigious Insider South West Residential Property Awards 2026, held in Bristol on Thursday 23 April.

The awards celebrate excellence across the region’s residential property sector, recognising outstanding developments, innovation, and delivery.

Vistry Cornwall was delighted to be shortlisted for two awards at this year’s ceremony, including: Residential Development of the Year (More than 100 units) – Haldon Reach & Matford Brook.

This category recognises the region’s most impressive large-scale residential developments, ranging from schemes of over 100 homes to major community developments.

The shortlisted Haldon Reach and Matford Brook developments, located in Alphington, Exeter, form part of Vistry’s ongoing commitment to creating high-quality, sustainable neighbourhoods. The combined scheme will deliver approximately 1,500 homes across a mix of tenures, including open market, affordable, and private rented homes.

The development brings together Vistry’s housebuilding brands, Bovis Homes and Linden Homes, alongside key partnerships with Sovereign Network Group and LiveWest, to create a thriving and inclusive community.

Attending the SWRPA reinforces Vistry Cornwall’s dedication to delivering exceptional homes and contributing to the growth and quality of residential development across the South West.
