Sales launch at Bovis Homes’ first Warrington development

Bovis Homes, part of Vistry, has officially launched sales at its first Warrington development, Heatherfields, and is offering its first buyers a 5% deposit boost when they reserve.

Reservations are now being taken from the on-site sales centre, with homes starting at £379,995. The first homes are a prestigious collection of detached three and four-bedroom homes, including the Spruce, Cypress, Briar, and Aspen house types, all complete with Bovis’ luxury heritage design and feel.

For a limited time, all pre-showhome reservations will receive a 5% deposit boost from Bovis Homes, making the homebuying process even smoother.

Located off Ballater Drive in Warrington, Heatherfields promises something new for buyers, with Bovis renowned for handcrafted, premium homes designed with tradition and family living in mind.
