Vistry Group, which includes Bovis Homes and Linden Homes, has teamed up with Rumwell Farm Shop & Café to provide its residents at Orchard Grove with a very welcoming welcome pack!
Vistry is part of the consortium responsible for delivering the development in Comeytrowe, in joint venture with South West housing association, LiveWest.
Residents will receive a welcome pack on the day they move in, which is full of delicious local items including Exmoor teabags, Rumwell’s own made shortbread, ginger biscuits, apple cider cake, strawberry jam, apple chutney, fudge, plus crisps, chocolate raisins, honey and a Rumwell gift card to use in the shop or café.
Rumwell Farm Shop & Café is located on the A38 between Taunton and Wellington and sells a wide range of items including fresh bread, free-range eggs, fruit, vegetables, honey, meat, a fresh milk station and a well-stocked gift shop. The family farm, which is just four miles from the award-winning shop, covers 800 acres and provides the free-range eggs and pork, hand-reared Angus beef and homegrown potatoes for sale.
Sales and marketing director, Natasha Palmer, commented: “We always give our customers a welcome present on moving day and thought a bag full of local food and drink would be helpful while they’re busy unpacking and trying to find where they packed their teabags!

Once complete, Orchard Grove will feature 2,000 homes within two neighbourhoods, a primary school, business park, local centre, park and bus service, plus 100 acres of open green space that will include play areas, allotments and sports pitches.
The new marketing suite and show homes at Orchard Grove are open seven days a week, enabling homebuyers to find out about the Bovis and Linden properties under one roof.
