The final homes are now remaining for sale at Bovis Homes' Yapton View location in Yapton.
Bovis has built 108 new homes at the development off Burndell Road, with construction work set to be completed by the autumn.
With nearly all homes sold, only two four-bedroom detached property types remain available to purchase – the Juniper and Willows designs.
Ginny James, sales and marketing director for Bovis Homes South East, said: “Our Yapton View location has proven to be very popular amongst house buyers since its launch and with only two properties left for sale, the opportunity to live in a new home at this attractive development is nearly over.

Although the new homes at Yapton View are nearly sold out, Vistry is also building a range of two, three and four-bedroom properties under the Linden Homes brand at Avisford Grange in Walberton, just two miles from Yapton.
The two homes remaining for sale at Yapton View are the Juniper, priced at £469,000, and the Willows, at £509,000.
