Bude family enjoy the benefits of a new home in lockdown

After previously renovating a run-down property, the Johns family from Bude moved to a brand new home in August and were relieved with their choice during the last lockdown. Nicola and Sean Johns bought a four bedroom detached Alder at Bovis Homes’ Shorelands development in Bude and have praised staff on the finish of their new house. Nic, 34, is a community paediatric nurse and Sean, 44, is a plumber. They have two children: Alfie, 13 and Lily, 12. Speaking about their experience, Nic said: “We reserved pre-coronavirus and then moved this summer. We owned a three bedroom home just up the road and had spent time doing it up but Sean suggested we look at Shorelands and we fell in love with The Alder.
