Redlands Grove has officially launched!

Homebuyers can now visit Redlands Grove in Wanborough, near Swindon, following a busy launch event which saw two beautiful show homes unveiled.

With 10 properties sold, the development is already proving popular and now the dual branded marketing suite will enable visitors to find out more about the new Bovis homes.

Sue Scholfield, regional sales and marketing director, commented: “It’s fantastic to welcome everyone to Redlands Grove for the first time, it’s a real milestone for the development! We had a very busy launch weekend where homebuyers could look around the new show homes; speak to an independent financial advisor; talk to a representative about the local travel plan; and enjoy a crepe, while a balloon modeller and garden treasure hunt entertained the children.

“The interior designers have done a brilliant job in creating two stunning designs. The Bovis show homes will give visitors plenty of ideas on how to use the space and decorate their new house using the latest trends.”

Interior designer, Hannah Matthews from Rectory Designs, commented: “The show homes benefit from great layouts with spacious open plan kitchens and dining areas. The three bedroom Cypress has been dressed in striking monochromes and pops of red, with natural fabrics and soft textures. There is also a gorgeous four bedroom Aspen show home which features burnt oranges, warm woods and metallic accents.”

At the development, there are currently three and four bedroom Bovis homes available from £393,500. Plus, three bedroom Linden properties are available from £187,998 (at 50 per cent share of the market value) with Homestepper, a shared ownership scheme in partnership with Sage Homes.

Located off Stratton Road, Redlands Grove is part of a larger development of 370 homes, which will include allotments, play areas and a new village square.

The development will support the local community by providing over £8.5 million towards healthcare, education, sports facilities, libraries, a bus service, bridge link, nature park, community forest and highways.

It will also deliver a multi-use games area, allotments, four play areas, land for a new school, a new junction onto site from Wanborough Road and a new footway.

20 per cent of the homes will be designated as affordable housing and there will be a cycle route that forms part of the main highway that will link to the new homes, as well as a shop and a village square.
