New phase of homes to launch at Lakeside

The second phase of homes and a new marketing suite will be launching at Bovis Homes’ Lakeside development on Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th August, enabling homebuyers to find out more about the new properties in Westbury.

Taking place between 10am and 5pm, the event will provide visitors with an opportunity to view the plans, speak to an independent financial advisor, enjoy some refreshments and even reserve a new home.

Area sales director, Natasha Palmer commented: “We’re looking forward to launching the second phase of Lakeside, following a successful start on site. The development has already proved popular locally, so whether you’re a first time buyer keen to buy your own home, a professional couple searching for your second move, or you’re looking for a family house close to good schools, the development boasts a fantastic collection of quality homes to suit a range of needs and budgets.

“We have a number of initiatives available to help people move so come along to our event and find out how you could be living in a new home sooner than you think.”

Lakeside offers a beautiful collection of two, three and four bedroom homes, built in joint partnership with Wates Developments Group. The development is situated next to the Eden Vale lake, but also within easy reach of the train station with its direct lines to Bristol, Bath, Reading and London.

The second phase will see the launch of contemporary two, three and four bedroom homes. To arrange an appointment at the event call 01373 441834 or visit for more details.
