Top customer service is high on the menu for Bovis Homes sales specialist David

David Bukauskas David Bukauskas worked for celebrity chefs during a decade in the restaurant industry - now he is focused on delivering a top-class service to home buyers in the South West doing the "best job I've ever had".
The former restaurant manager strived to provide diners with the best experience possible while employed by Michelin-starred chef John Burton-Race in Dartmouth, and the acclaimed Tanner brothers - Chris and James - in Plymouth.
Having swapped plates for properties, David is now committed to offering the highest level of customer service in his role as a Bovis Homes sales advisor at the major new Sherford development near Plymouth.
"I'm loving every single moment of it," said David. "I enjoyed my time working for a few celebrity chefs and in four-star restaurants, but from day one this has been the best job I have ever had.
"The people I work with are very friendly - we're like a family - and the regional management always do everything they can to make everyone feel they're a big part of the Bovis Homes team."
David is putting the experience that he gained in the restaurant industry, including the importance of providing good customer service, to good effect in his new sales role at Sherford.
He has also benefited from the training provided by the Bovis Homes Learning and Development team as part of its commitment to delivering a first-class customer service.
Having worked in the South West for the past 10 years, David knows the region well and is delighted to be part of the team creating a brand-new community in the heart of Devon.
Featuring 500 acres of green open space, Sherford will become a thriving market town with a variety of high-quality community facilities, including three new schools, a sports centre and a theatre.
"We want to deliver a positive experience for the customer and try to make sure they're as happy as possible at every stage - that's really important to us," explained David.
"From our initial contact with a customer, we want to keep expectations high and make sure we always deliver on our promises throughout the process."
