Home hunters in Shropshire can be among the first to view properties from the new range just released by one of the country’s leading housebuilders at a special launch event.
The show home launch is taking place at Bovis Homes’ Haygate Fields location in Wellington on Saturday 27th April. The event will run from 11am until 4pm and it is set to be a bumper day with cookery demonstrations from top local chef, Rob Gibson, face painting, a treasure hunt and a visit from the Easter Bunny!
“We’ve got so much happening on Saturday – it’s going to be a great day,” says regional marketing manager, Louise Macrae. “We’re delighted to be joined by local chef, Rob Gibson who will be cooking up some tasty food for our guests. Rob has worked at several Michelin Star restaurants and has even cooked for the cast of Game of Thrones – so we’re sure to be in for a treat!
“There will also be entertainment for the kids, with a treasure hunt, face painting, chocolatey treats and a visit from the Easter bunny!”
Bovis Homes is celebrating the launch of its four-bed Aspen show home, which is part of its new housing range. The collection has been designed and developed by the company for launch in 2019 and this will be the first show home from the new range to open its doors in Shropshire.
“The interior designer, Karen Vincent-Ernst, will be officially opening the Aspen and talking about the home’s style. It’s worth coming along to take a look around to see the vogue interior as its really unique – and you may pick up some tips and ideas for your new home,” says Louise.
The properties from the new Bovis Homes collection, which range from two-bed homes to large five-bed family houses, are named after British trees, with the three-bedroom Spruce and the four-bedroom Chestnut also available to buy at Haygate Fields.
Louise says: “The first part of the design process for the new range involved talking to all types of home buyer and asking what they looked for in a new home.
“In developing those ideas into the designs, our guiding principles were to create quality homes that are eye-catching and well-proportioned on the outside, with a real sense of light and flow on the inside.
“The results speak for themselves. Every property in our new range combines open living spaces with classic architecture and traditional build quality. Each house type is unique but the inspiration behind them is the same – the customer.”
Visitors to the event will be able to talk to the sales team to find out more about the homes and the purchase assistance schemes available. There will also be a representative from Bovis Homes’ technical team on hand to answer any questions about the build.
