A new part of the Aston Clinton community will be unveiled to the public this weekend with local house builder, Bovis Homes, opening the doors of its show home and sales centre.
Aston Brook will bring a range of three to five-bedroom properties to the Buckinghamshire village and is inviting home seekers to celebrate its launch on Saturday 14th April.
“We're proud to be opening our Aston Brook location and excited to show visitors around our five-bedroom show home,” says regional marketing manager, Deborah Rigger. “It's a stunning new development, close to open countryside and within walking distance of the amenities within the village.”
Aston Brook has been carefully designed with public open spaces and footpaths running throughout the location, complementing the existing stream and woodland.
The new properties, which also include a range of one to four-bedroom affordable homes, are built in a variety of layouts. Designed to suit a modern lifestyle, the contemporary homes have open-plan areas, French doors out into the garden and en suites to the master bedrooms.
Interested buyers can tour the stunning new show home, the five-bedroom Truro. The house includes a spectacular open-plan kitchen which boasts an island and double oven. There is a separate utility and dining room and the large sitting room includes French doors out into the garden. Upstairs, two of the bedrooms have en suites, and there is a family bathroom.
“We are delighted to bring these new homes to Aston Clinton,” says Deborah. “We have looked to work closely with the local community and are contributing over £1.6million to the area for sport, education and transport as part of the planning agreement.
“For people who would love to become part of this great community we have a range of purchase assistance schemes available, which can help home hunters become home buyers,” explains Deborah. “First-timers and existing home owners can take advantage of the Government's Help to Buy – equity loan scheme, which is exclusively available on new build-properties. With the scheme, purchasers only need a 5% deposit and receive an equity loan from the Government for up to 20% of the property's value, leaving just a 75% mortgage required.
“Meanwhile our Smooth Move scheme can save purchasers time and money with us dealing with the estate agents on the seller's behalf, as well as paying the fees when the old property is sold.”
