Home buyers finding their dream properties in Cornwall thanks to Vicky's local knowledge

Vicky Castley is looking forward to assisting customers at Ocean Rise Vicky Castley is delighted to be using her in-depth local knowledge to help buyers find their dream property in her home county of Cornwall.
The mum-of-two has assisted customers at every step as a sales advisor at a range of Bovis Homes locations in Cornwall, most recently near the popular towns of Truro and Penryn.
In her latest role, Vicky is thrilled to be providing important advice and information to customers at Bovis Homes' attractive Ocean Rise location in Hayle, just a short drive from her own home in St Columb Major.
"I have lived and worked in Cornwall all of my life and it's got so much going for it that I can't imagine being anywhere else now," said Vicky, who is married to Bovis Homes South West sales manager Peter Castley.
"I went to school locally, at Newquay Tretherrras, and now our two kids go to school and college in the local area, so we have really strong roots here.
"Cornwall is a fantastic place to live, the lifestyle is superb - you're never far from a beach - and there are lots of great local attractions and things to do.
"It's one of the many reasons why I love my job so much. Every day is different and I enjoy helping people find their dream home in such a wonderful location."
Featuring a range of detached and semi-detached properties, Ocean Rise is less than eight miles from the popular holiday hotspots of St Ives and Penzance.
Vicky, who has worked for Bovis Homes for three years, liaises closely with multi award-winning site manager Scott Lawson to ensure customers receive the best possible service.
Scott has recently moved to the South West with his family after successfully managing Bovis Homes locations in the North West.
"It's absolutely lovely to be working with Scott - wherever he goes, I'm going!" explained Vicky.
"We're both committed to providing a high standard of customer care and to making sure the customer journey runs as smoothly as possible.
"We communicate regularly so we both understand what each other is looking for, to ensure our customers are happy at every step."
