Wymondham home hunters set for launch of housebuilder’s latest property collection

- 25 Feb 20

Home hunters in Wymondham can view properties from a national housebuilder’s latest collection next weekend.

Bovis Homes' Birch Gate location in Wymondham
Bovis Homes – part of the newly-formed Vistry Group – is launching a new show home and sales office, as part of a new phase, at its Birch Gate development, off Silfield Road, on Saturday 7th March.

The housebuilder is unveiling a three-bedroom detached Spruce show home and three-bedroom semi-detached Magnolia sales office, both from Bovis Homes’ newest housing collection, which includes properties that are named after British trees.

Home buyers can benefit from Bovis Homes’ Big 105 Offer, plus other purchasing schemes including the Government's Help to Buy initiative.

Maria Maxwell, regional marketing manager at Bovis Homes, said: “From next weekend, home buyers can take a tour of our new show home and see our new sales office too!

“There are house types for all and our special Big 105 Offer and purchasing assistance schemes could help buyers move into their dream Wymondham home. We’re so proud of our property portfolio and look forward to showing potential customers."

Those who reserve a home at Birch Gate before 29th February could enjoy one of two incentives through the housebuilder’s Big 105 Offer. Either a reservation fee of just £105, plus £4,000 worth of flooring and an entertainment package. Or 105 per cent Home Exchange, plus £1,500 towards your legal fees.

Using the Help to Buy – Equity Loan scheme, home buyers need just a five per cent cash deposit, with the Government providing an equity loan of up to 20 per cent of the value of the property being bought. Purchasers then need to secure up to a 75 per cent mortgage.

Properties in Bovis Homes’ new collection focus on well-proportioned exteriors with a real sense of light and flow on the inside.
