  • Head south west to junction 31, use the two left hand lanes to take the A30 road signposted Bodmin/Okehampton
  • Follow the A30 for approximately 100 miles
  • At the Loggans Moor roundabout as you enter Hayle, take the 4th exit onto Carwin Rise/B3301
  • At the double roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Guildford Road
  • Continue on Guildford Road for 0.5 miles, then take the next right onto Viaduct Hill
  • Follow Viaduct Hill/High Lanes for another 0.5 miles
  • At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Humphry Davy Lane and Ocean Rise will be on your right hand side.

From Plymouth

  • From the A374 / Plymouth Road join the A38 heading South West signposted Liskeard/Tavistock
  • Follow this for approximately 37 miles
  • At the roundabout take the 2nd exit in the left hand lane before immediately vearing off left to the A30 signposted Redruth
  • Follow the A30 for approximately 40 miles
  • At the Loggans Moor roundabout as you enter Hayle, take the 4th exit onto Carwin Rise/B3301
