  • Take the A421 exit signposted Milton Keynes/Bedford/A507/Ampthill

  • At the (7th) roundabout turn right onto the A4280 towards Bedford town centre

  • For St Marys, turn left and at the next roundabout turn right and the development can be found a short distance ahead on the left hand side.

From the A1 Junction 13

  • At the roundabout take the A421 exit towards Bedford
  • Continue on the A421 for about 10½ miles
  • Use the left lane to take the slip road to Bedford/A428/(A6) towards Northampton and Bromham and at the roundabout take the exit onto A428 (A6) towards Northampton and Bromham
  • Continue on the A428 for about 3 miles
  • At the (7th) roundabout turn right onto the A4280 towards Bedford town centre
  • At the next roundabout:
  • For St Andrews, continue straight on and the development can be found on the left hand side after about a mile
  • or
