  • Leave at J16 and then take middle lane signed Filton/A38
  • Then keep to the left hand lane signed Filton/A38
  • Take the first exit on roundabout signed Filton/A38
  • Next roundabout take the 2nd exit following A38
  • Go under road bridge keeping to the right hand lane to the set of traffic lights following signs for The Mall and Cribbs Causeway
  • At first traffic lights turn right into Hayes Way (dual carriageway)
  • Go straight over the next roundabout and then at the second roundabout take the 2nd exit into the Charlton Hayes sales centre.

From M5 (northbound)

  • Leave the motorway at J17 and head for Cribbs Causeway/The Mall
  • At first roundabout take 2nd exit
  • At second roundabout take 2nd exit
  • At third roundabout, standing stone, take 3rd exit onto Hayes Way
  • On Hayes Way take the first exit on first roundabout, then second roundabout turn 1st left where you will then find the Charlton Hayes sales centre.
