A primary school will be delivered as part of the wider development with a financial contribution towards secondary education provision being made.
The proposals include provision for 46 new affordable homes (35% of the total number), including both shared ownership and social rented units. The mix of affordable homes will be as follows:
• 37% one-bed flat
• 26% two-bed flat
• 13% two-bed house
• 17% three-bed house
• 7% four- bed house
Sustainable environmental management is at the heart of all Bovis Homes developments. Financial contributions will be made to Heathland Strategic Access Management and Monitoring (SAMM).
Play area and public open space
As part of the development, Bovis Homes is committed to the health and physical well-being of both future and existing residents through the provision of Children’s Play Areas and Public Open space. Financial contribution towards the ongoing maintenance of the areas will also be made to the council to ensure their long-term upkeep.
