David James Ritchie, ACA BA (Hons) - Chief Executive
Appointed Chief Executive with effect from 3 July 2008, David was Group Managing Director from January 2007 to 2 July 2008 and Group Finance Director from 2002 to 2006. He joined Bovis Homes in 1998 as the Group's Financial Controller and was previously employed by KPMG involved in advising clients on acquisitions, disposals and flotations as well as audits.
Neil Cooper, ACMA BSc - Group Finance Director
Neil joined Bovis Homes in 2007 as Group Finance Director. Previously, he was employed by Whitbread plc in both group finance and divisional roles and held positions with Reckitt and Colman plc and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Malcolm Robert Harris, FCMA - Chairman
Appointed non-executive chairman with effect from 3 July 2008, Malcolm was Chief Executive of Bovis Homes from 1996 to 2 July 2008 and was first appointed to the board in 1978. He is a non-executive director of the Home Builders Federation (HBF) and the National House Building Council (NHBC).
Alastair Lyons CBE - Deputy Chairman
Appointed non-executive Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director on October 1, 2008, Alastair Lyons is non-executive Chairman of the Admiral Group, the FTSE-100 direct motor insurer. Alastair is also non-executive Chairman of Legal Marketing Services Limited, In Retirement Services Limited and Cardsave Limited. Previously Chief Executive of the National Provident Institution and the National and Provincial Building Society, he was also Managing Director of the Insurance Division of Abbey
National plc and Director of Corporate Projects at National Westminster Bank plc.
Lesley Anne MacDonagh - Non-executive director
Appointed an independent non-executive director in 2003, Lesley is a non-executive director of SEGRO plc and BDO Stoy Hayward. She was previously Managing Partner of Lovells, the international law firm for 10 years, a Governor of the London School of Economics, a member of the Court of the Solicitors' Company, a member of the Government's Property Advisory Group and the Law Society Council Member for the City of London.

Colin Peter Holmes - Non-executive Director
Appointed an independent non-executive Director in 2006. Colin is the Commercial Director for Fresh Foods at Tesco and a member of the Executive Committee of Tesco PLC. Colin’s commercial role covers buying, ranging and pricing for fresh food categories. He joined Tesco in 1988 and has wide knowledge of the retail sector and a range of experience within Tesco itself. His previous roles include CEO of Tesco Express, Superstores Operations Director and UK Finance Director.
