New homes at Meridian End in Peacehaven

The race is on as homes at the new phase of Bovis Homes' Meridian End location get snapped up by eager homebuyers.

The show home hasn't even been completed in this corner of the popular Peacehaven development, but more than 10% of the new homes have already been snapped up off-plan.

Buyers can make an appointment with a sales consultant to view the plans, register their interest or even reserve one of the first plots.

"Peacehaven has always been a property hotspot for us and Bovis Homes' quality and all-inclusive specification go down well with local buyers," said Bovis Homes' regional area sales manager Pravin Amarasinghe. "We will officially launch this phase and open a show home there early in 2015, but prospective Peacehaven buyers aren't waiting - they're making their move now.

"We have been inundated with enquiries and with properties currently ranging from three to four-bed homes and prices starting at £249,950, we are seeing a wide range of buyers expressing their interest."

The national housebuilder creates contemporary homes built to traditional standards and their all-inclusive properties include new kitchens with integrated appliances and come with a 10-year NHBC warranty and a two-year Bovis Home guarantee.

To help buyers in securing their new home at Meridian End, Bovis Homes offers a variety of purchase assistance schemes, including the Government-backed Help to Buy Equity, and a stress-busting part exchange scheme called Home Exchange.
