House builder Bovis Homes will be building again in Bicester next year after agreeing a deal for land at Kingsmere.
Work will start on site next year and soon after the first of the new homes will go on sale at its new development close to the
BicesterS hopping Village, south west of the town.
Bovis Homes, that built the popular BovisPark development in Bicester over ten years ago, sold its last home there in 2004. The Company plan to build
95 new homes at Kingsmere, including two bedroom apartments and three, four, five and six bedroom family homes and will be the first house builder to
offer homes at the major new site.
Area Sales Director Anne Wicklow, said: "It's very exciting to be a part of the new Kingsmere project and it's also good to be providing new homes back
in Bicester again.
"This is a great location, both in terms of the development itself and the town as a whole. Kingsmere will provide a contemporary living environment
with landscaping, recreational land, play parks, open spaces with cycle paths and pedestrian walkways, plus new facilities including schools, a
business park, health services, local shops and a community centre.

The Kingsmere project was launched in July this year and is set to provide more than 1500 new homes over a 287 acre site. The project will see more
