  • From junction 27 take the exit signed Tiverton and Barnstaple A361
  • Follow the A361 through Tiverton to Barnstaple
  • At the Portmore Roundabout take the 1st exit (signed Bideford/Bude A39)
  • Continue along the A361
  • At the Bishops Tawton roundabout take the 2nd exit (signed Bideford/Bude A39)
  • At the Lake roundabout take the 2nd exit signed Barnstaple A361
  • (now follow the directions from Barnstaple)

From Barnstaple

  • At Sticklepath junction take the 1st exit (A3215) signed Sticklepath
  • At the mini roundabout take the 2nd exit (B3233) signed Instow
  • At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit B3233 signed Instow and Fremington
  • Continue on Bickington Road/Mill Hill
  • Drive up Church Hill and turn right immediately opposite the shops towards the Church
  • Follow this road around and you will find Water's Edge

From Bideford

  • After crossing the Torridge Bridge A39, take left-hand slip road signed Barnstaple
  • At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the B3233, through Instow and Yelland
  • Follow Church Hill and turn left immediately opposite the shops towards the Church
  • Follow this road around and you will find Water's Edge
