  • Take the A3022 signposted Paignton
  • At The Kings Drive traffic lights turn right onto the A3022

  • Turn right onto the A381
  • At traffic lights turn right onto the A385 signposted Paignton
  • At the roundabout take a second exit onto the A385
  • At the next roundabout take the second exit staying on the A385
  • Bear left, staying on the A385 for approximately four miles
  • At Tweenaways crossroads turn right onto the A3022, signposted Brixham
  • At Claylands Cross continue on the A3022 for Brixham
  • Elberry Gardens can be found on your right side.
