Getting around
Set on the edge of Wantage, Letcombe Fields has access to the M4 and M40 motorways with London approximately 70 miles away.  Several major trunk routes, including the A338, A34 and A417 are also within easy reach with Oxford being 16 miles and Swindon 20 miles.  There are bus routes serving Oxford, Didcot, Abingdon and Faringdon and train stations at Didcot and Oxford.

A trip to the shops
Wantage offers a range of facilities from major supermarkets to some interesting independent shops, regular Farmers Markets offering lots of local produce together with cafes and pubs if you are catching up with friends for lunch or a quick coffee.  The historic city of Oxford is also less than 20 miles away with a wealth of independent boutiques and retailers as well as larger department stores.

Taking time out
Discover the stunning local countryside including walks along the Ridgeway where you can visit heritage sites Uffington Castle, Dragon Hill and see the famous White Horse on the hillside at Uffington.

Wantage itself has regular markets, the Vale and Downland Museum, a 13th Century Parish Church as well as cobbled streets and passageways to explore.   There is an annual Summer Festival including arts and music events for all ages.

Betjeman Millenium Park is a beautiful green space close to the town centre enjoyed by the community featuring poetry sculpture plaques designed by Alec Peever.  Walks can be enjoyed along the Letcombe Brook Discover Trail from the Downland Museum to the WIllow Walk Nature Reserve.

The area is served by pre-school groups, a number of primary schools including nearby Stockham Primary School and king Alfred's secondary school which has Academy status.

We give you so much more

Enjoy the benefits of a stunning, fully-fitted kitchen from one of the UK's leading suppliers that comes complete with integrated appliances and is professionally designed and planned to give you great use of space.  A number of bedrooms include built-in wardrobe(s) providing useful storage space, while bathrooms and en suites come in crisp white adding a touch of elegance.  Whichever Bovis Home you choose,  you really can be sure you're getting more for your money.  And it doesn't stop there. Just before you move in, you'll be invited to attend a home demonstration to explain all the features of your new home and once you've settled in we'll continue to provide you with a comprehensive and dedicated customer service giving you added reassurance and peace of mind.
