Milton Keynes is only a 14 mile trip via the A421 where trains run to London and Birmingham. For air travel Luton Airport is 36 miles away.

Buckingham offers excellent local education facilities with four primary schools two of which are less than 2 miles away from Windsor Park. For senior pupils there is Buckingham School and the respected Royal Latin School and a state Grammar school. There are two independent schools locally, Stowe School and Akeley Wood School. The UK's only independent university with a Royal Charter, the University of Buckingham is also based in the town.
